new to lexington fishing

Hi, I am tazzytaz and I am going on my second year in lexington, kentucky. I enjoy fishing and hear about elkhorn creek, and other places in the frankfort area. What I want to know is are there boat rentals available and is one able to camp at these places? Also is there a fee for fishing?

If you are going to fish state waters, there is no fee besides the required state fishing license.
