    Louisville Mayor's "Fairness" Pledge

Ok fella's, here is yet another example of government wasting money, and this comes at a time when government employee's are being asked to use what they call "furlough" days all for the sake of saving money, this comes at a time when the government (state/local/federal/whatever) has been telling us they're flat broke.

Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer signed an executive order yesterday that will extend health insurance benefits to the domestic partners of metro government employee's - same sex couples as well as common folk who live together as a family but are not married. The price tag for this is approximately $400,000.00 dollars per year, which isn't a lot of money in the big picture, but when they tell me they're broke and then make bone-head moves like this, BULL _______!!!!

What the hecks wrong with this country anyway?

I hate the word "fair". It should be banned from our language. If life was meant to be fair, we'd all look the same and have the same intelligence.

We must suffer for all the idiots that are allowed to vote. The ones that just vote purely on Dem or Repub, the ones that vote because their friend likes this person, the ones that were persuaded by some catchy tv commercial.

Hal won the east end and Greg won the West. More people in the west end of town so Greg won.
What can we do now? Beg that we can vote to take away the merger or just simply split the city in half.

The bridges are still rust buckets, aint seen a one person painting yet.
