    I'll check it over good for leaks. If it gets to the point of having to take it apart, I'll take it to my mechanic. Funds are just a little tight right now.

    u need to fill the power trim resevoir all the way up and then bleed the air out of the system . dextron 3 automatic transmission fluid i believe.

    raise and lower the lower unit the full range of thavel a few times and see if this helps it . after doing this re check fluid level. theres an oring at the base where the power tilt fluid cover meets the base of the power tilt unit . sometimes they leak there.mind did

    Filled the motor with fluid, it was maybe an ounce low. LOL

    Checked all grounds at the solenoids, tightened wires, then went to the battery, no corrosion, but I just went ahead and took the ground off, scraped the metal with my screwdriver and re-tightened, did the same to the hot side and WAH LAH!!!!!! Worked like a charm.

    I tend to over think things sometimes, it's my downfall.

    Glad that took care of your problem,it had me scratching my head to when it happened to me.Makes you think alot of money is getting ready to change hands.

    A very easy fix and, VERY often overlooked problem. I'd look there first.

    I tend to always fear the worst on things like this. It drives me bonkers, but I guess I place myself ready for the worst and hope for the best. I looked up trim motor prices and freaked. LOL
