    Nolin?

Hey guys I'm fishing in a tournament saturday night at Nolin and need some advice. I am putting in a moutadeer. Where can I go catch 5 keepers? What should I use?

    Thanks

Still here....people had problems with their mortgage, so we have another three weeks or so until we close on their second attempt.

I have only night fished NRL a handful of times (I get to tired, lol)...but from what I've heard, the red rock area produces the bigger fish. Depending on what time your tourney starts, if there is any daylight left, I would look for bass feeding on the shad on main lake points, then as night falls, I would switch to large worms, T-Rigged...and pound the banks, especially around bluff walls and chunk rock. We have also pulled a lot of fish out of standing timber in 10-20ft of water getting your plastic to fall as tight as possible along the wood. Good luck!

So how is the bite right now at NRL in the morning? From what I've heard the last couple of weeks, the bite has been slow. Are they hitting topwater? Do you all think the "BIG Bass" are getting in the creeks yet there at NRL or is it to early?

The morning was pretty good for us two weeks ago, after the initial cool off...they were hitting top water. Water temps should still be in the low to mid 80s range, which will probably have the bass scattered all over....some chasing the shad around, some on points, and some along bankline standing timber. I'm going tomorrow, so I'll report back on where we find them at the most.
