I'm heading to Rend Lake this weekend for the first time.
I'm hoping the fall bite will be started.
The few comments I've heard on this board seem to be focused on finding the grass, and not bothering with the rocks.
I'm thinking spinnerbaits, chatterbatis, and traps.
I will be fishing the Southern end of the lake.
Any tips or recommendations?
lot of stumps when hitting any of the stump fields use a squarebill crank craw colors or shad will work be careful if it gets windy can be dangerous (shallow lake)
