great miami in hamilton

so i finally fished the great miami river with a boat. something I have never done. I was very interested in taking a look at the depths of the channel and overall structure. I was completely shocked when I noticed that the river is really not that deep at all. Most spots were 3.5'....thought I would pass along.

No worries, i live in nky, but grew up fishing that river. Very surprised i thought that stretch would have been 10' or so....

To really find any depth you have to go up above the **** in hamilton. Never had much luck there. But somtimes the catfishing is pretty good.
