    Lodging Near Eddy Creek

Hey fellas, I am going to Lake Barkley in a couple of weeks and am trying to find a decent place to stay with boat hookups. Preferably under $50 a night. It doesn't have to be in Eddyville proper either just someplace close. Thanks!

You might try Poplar Creek Lodge it is at the back of Buzzard Rocks Bay there is a ramp a couple hundred yards down the road from the motel that accesses the back of that bay. Also you can drive back to Kuttawa and launch at the ramp there, its a couple miles down the road. All this is next to Eddie Creek. Very nice people, good parking for boats at Poplar Creek with electrical hook ups and reasonable rates. Tell them Tom with the Barren Bassmasters sent you.

We always stay at the Relax Inn in Kuttawa. Very Clean nice rooms, only $60.00 a night & you can back you boat up in front of your room & hook up. Very Fisherman Friendly! We have been staying for the last 15 years. 15 min drive to eddy creek ramp or 20 min drive to dryden creek ramp. Plus the Oasis steakhouse & spirits is only 1- mile away & the willow pond Res. is 1 mile the other way!
