    New Fish Finder

Wife is buying me a new fish finder for the front of the boat for Christmas. All I have to do is pick one out, order it, install it, and learn how to use it. I'm not intrested in GPS and would like to keep the cost at < $200.

I use it mainly for depth and water temperature, some structure searching.
Any suggestions? Lowrance Mark 5? Hummingbird 560? I've seen mixed reviews on both.

    Thanks

Some of the black and white units have some realy good defintion to them just try to get the biggest screen you can. The bigger the screen the more resolution they have ..I like the humminbird stuff personally and I own a 596c HD DI but the screen is small and I need to be pretty close to it to see it other then that I love the unit..
