where to stay with big group?

I need some thoughts on where would be a nice place to stay with a group of 25-30 with alot of out of state folks. We are looking at Dale Hollow and Cumberland but open to some other places. has to have a lodge and pontoon rentals. This is a family reunion type of thing so Im hoping to get things going for them on this. any ideas are helpful.. Thanks folks.

Try lure lodge. Plenty of rooms at the lodge for everyone plus they large meeting rooms you could prob get . A short drive to Jamestown for your pontoon rentals. You may also want to consider the moore's at ky lake

I would suggest The Moor's on Ky Lake also, but depending on time frame of your get together you may have a problem for getting reservations for that many people...but you don't know till you call.

you may want to consider the cabins/cottages at Holmes Bend on Green River. They are great for a family reunion type of affair. Have a playground, beach and pontoon rentals on site.

I really like both of these parks, and they are perfect for reunions. But you may have to drive to get your rental boats.

At Lake Cumberland State Park, State Dock is right below the lodge and the Marina runs shuttle vans to and from the marina. You can leave your cars parked at the Lodge.

Jamestown Marina has a hotel overlooking the marina, just a short walk down the steps...

Alligator II Marina has 6 cabins lake side, and many cabins at the top of the hill including 1 Large cabin that sleeps 14.

All these marinas have rental boats available.
