The Permit is free you just have to call the Army Corp Office at the dam and ask for the person in charge of the permits. They are just trying to see how many Tournaments there are.
yes it is free but this year they told me that i was going to need liabilty ins. scott
I have spoken to our club tournament director, who states he has handled this. We are good to go. Thanks for advising.
Hope to see you all there!
How many boats are you expecting? How many boats years before?
We usually see something between 12-30 boats depending on the weather.
Any results?
Heard it took about 17 lbs for first. Don't hold me to that though.
There were 24 boats and nearly 17 lbs won. Had to have 12 lbs just to be in the money. Big fish went a little over 6 lbs. I will post details of who and how much when I get them from our tournament director.
Our club will be hosting another open in July and welcome everyone to attend.
Carver & Singleton won with 5 fish 16.73
Mathes & Chambers 5 Fish 14.92
Gaddis & Dixon 5 Fish 14.06
