rough river lake???

heading down this Thursday for a tx with the club on saturday/sunday.... putting in at axtel ramp .....where do i go ? what are some areas i should check ..... this is my first time going there .....any help would be appreciated

Walter creek is pretty good, I love the Peter cave area. There's a creek past Laurel branch on the left that's good but I don't know the name of it I fished it once with a friend and he smoked them on a buzz bait and crankbait. I have a few banks I fish but it's on the lake and I have no idea the area except it by a water tower. Baby brush hogs in pumpkin with the tail spiked in chart has been really good for me there. I've only fished there maybe 6 or 7 times. Sorry I can't help more. People are kinda gettin tight lipped on here.
