CIRCLE HOOK TIP: Off setting the hook point from the hook shank will often result in less frustration and better hook ups. Using a pair of pliers, grasp the hook belly or round section firmly being sure not to damage the point and twist the hooks shank slightly to form the off set. Try this the next time you you find your self struggling to get the fish to hook up, this will change the game.
Never had a problem with hook-ups with them. I use the Owner Mutu Light Circles for channels.
I like circle hooks. Good for float fishing and good if you are fishing multiple rods.
Only bad side I see to them is the gap doesn't allow for using really large pieces of bait.
