    River Smallmouth Trip

We went and waded a small stream this past Sunday. I've tried all year to catch the water with a little bit of a stain, but it's either been too muddy or too clear every time. I finally caught it just right this trip. It had the big fish out feeding heavy. We had three really nice smallmouth. Two of them were 21 1/2 inches and another 21 inch. We also had several fish in the 18 to 20 inch range. All fish were caught on spinner baits and crank baits.
