A friend and my self have decided we want to try our hand at striper fishing...from kayaks. Where would you guys recommend we go? We live in oldham county but distance is not an issue.

Throw a Silver Buddy (the bass pro blades work too) below the dam in louisville.Have Hooked some nice ones there in the past. Have Seen a few guys do it from a kayak. Not enough deck space for me personally, but i bet you guys use a lot less gas than my optimax.
