    4th Annual Fall & Winter Open Bass Tournaments Lake Cumberland Conley bottom

    Guys this is our fourth year putting on this tournament we have had a great time and met some really fine people. Our two day classic is a blast. We look forward to seeing you guys this fall. Our first tournament will be October 6th at 7AM till 4PM Conley bottom marina. Below are a list of rules


    Tournaments will be every SATURDAY at Conley Bottom Marina $40.00 A boat includes big fish Pot. A $10.00 One time membership fee. All membership fees goes to classic The classic will be a two day event, Highest accumulated weight of both days wins, Classic date 5/11/13– 5/12/13 You must fish 6 tournaments to qualify for the classic ( NO EXCEPTIONS
    ConleyBottom Marina inside the buoys are off limits”

    1. 5 Fish limit! 15” largemouth 18”Smallmouth ( 12” KY spotted bass judged by jaw line )

    2. ( No courtesy measure) Short fish brought to scaleswill cost your big fish

    3. A 8”Ounce penalty for dead fish only one dead fish allowed


    4. At notime during tournament hours are alcoholic beverages or drugs other than prescription allowed..

    5. Lifejackets must be worn while big engine is running and kill switch hooked up Safeboating operation must be observed, Be courteous to other anglers

    6.Encroachment: A "50 yard rule"is in effect at all times during competition. No contestant's boat may move within 50 yards of another contestant's boat at any time for the purpose of fishing without the consent of all contestants' involved. A boat moving from one area to another may infringe upon this zone as long and the parties that are moving do not fish and do not intentionally disrupt the area. Judging distance is very difficult on the water. As a general rule of sportsmanship all anglers should give all others enough room to make a reasonable cast to fish an area.

    7.Tackle and Equipment: All fish must be caught in a legal sporting manner.Intentional snagging of fish will not be allowed. Only artificial lures can beused. Liquid fish attractants and pork rinds are allowed. Only one (1) rod maybe used at any one time. Other rods may be in the boat and ready for use,however, every cast and retrieve must be completed before another cast is made.


    8. Sportsmanship: All contestants are expectedto follow high standards of sportsmanship, courtesy, safety, and conservation. Any team who displays poor sportsmanship, violates these rules or any state orlocal laws or brings unfavorable publicity to the sport of bass fishing will be disqualified.

    9.Tournament officials reserves the rights to change or modify any rules or changes in tournament times or locations. If any changes, the new changes will be announced before the tournament begins or before the next tournament starts


    10. Protest: All protest must be submitted before the tournament officials close the scales.

    11. Tournament directors have the right to refuse any entry


    12. Tournament officials are not responsible for any Accidents. Negligent acts or Damages caused by anyone participating in this tournament or any future tournaments held by Chuck Collins and or Rick Stevens

    I assume this is two men per boat? What is the full schedule?

    Good bunch of guys and highly recommend people to fish these tournaments!
