BEST ROD FOR UNDER $100 - opinions needed
I'm going to be needing 4 - 6 new rods within the next 2 months. I need to stay under $100 for each rod, and that's going to be hard for me!!!! (Translation - I bought a boat this year and my wife will kill me if I walk in with 6 new G loomis rods). What's the best rod for under $100? Can a person get a custom rod for under $100?
Any help you could give would be appreciated!!!

For cranks I really like the Falcon Bucco MH. For worms I like the BPS carbonlite MH X-fast.
You just missed the 20% off sale at tackle warehouse. The had the Shimano Cumaro's on sale for $129 plus 20%.
Actually the sale ends tonight. The powells are on sale too getting you right at your price range.
For under 100 I like the Abu Garcia Veritas. They say the Powell diesel's are decent for 70 but I've never tried them.
I have the Veritas 7'3" Med. heavy. I really like it.
i have 2 graphite bps rods that are 15 yrs old and some ugly stick spinning rods that are even older , i fish tourneys every weekend and the only problem i have had with these rods is stepping on the guides, these rods cost less than 25 dollars when purchased . can probably pick them up for around 40 now.
I like the Bass Pro Extreme Rods. I think they may still be $99?
I sent you a PM about two rods I have for sale <$100 each.
I've been really happy with my St Croix Mojo rods.
I really like the skeet Reese rods I have 2 of them and 2 more on the way. There about the lightest rods I can find I use the honeycomb rods with micro guides not tried the others he has out. There 99 at bass pro
You need to check out the H20 rods at academy sports.com. They are really nice for the money and there are a lot of reviews about them. I also like the skeet reese cranking rod I have. I like the H20 rods just as well as my st croix mojo rods and they are half the price. The H20 reels are awesome also and the customer service is great. I accidentally lost a face plate on my reel and called to order a part and they sent me the plate for free with no questions asked.
We carry them at $79.99 and agree they are nice rods for the money
