If you could only have 1 baitcaster for the rest of your life & only $130 to buy it

If you were only allowed to have 1 baitcaster reel for THE REST OF YOUR LIFE, and it had to be under $130 - what would you buy??????????

I would purchase a Lews Tour MG. I have the Shimano Curado and Lews Tour MG. While the Shimano is a great reel, I feel the the Lews is equally as good and has some additional features like the audiable brake and is a slight lower in profile. But, both are great reels.

I am a shimano guy but if I had to get 1 reel to last the rest of my life I would get the ambassador (sp) 5500 or 5600. Might not be the smoothest reel out there but without a doubt the toughest ever made. And for $130 you could get two just in case one tore up.

I have shamino ch 100a reels I bought in 1993 and are still as smooth as when I bought them. That's 20 years??? So for me it's a no brainer....Longivity depends mostly on care and maintenance.....lol

Ambassador 4600 C3 with the thumb bar because they are fairly light weight and are tanks. If I was convinced it would hold up as well as the 4600, I'd go with the revo premier.
