No fishing allowed Locks Meldah Dam???

I heard that a Barge hit a Fishing Boat or vise versa and the Core has off limits fishing along the lock wall now and any weres in that area, has any one else heard anything. Wild duck

well from what I heard that a boat did get hit up there and now if you try to go fish up there on the lock walls with a boat they will alert you to go away by using a siren and loudspeaker telling you to get away. also they are getting boat numbers and sending tickets through the mail.
