Yes, but their warranty is not quite as good as it was in the past. Used to be 36 month no questions asked. Now it is something like 12 months no questions, and 12 months pro rated. No matter I usually have them 3-4 years, and get new ones after that.
You can always tell a great tm battery by the weight. If it weighs a crap ton, it has more and better lead. Take a scale with you and get the heaviest one you can find......

I just seen new add on Lithium batteries for boats. They make them in 12V, 24V, and 36V and seem to be a third of the weight. I was going to research them maybe the way to go less weight and fewer batteries in the back.

A lot companies make quality deep cycle batteries. We use DEKAs. I'm not saying they're the best but we've always had good luck with them. Probably how you treat the batteries during their lives is more important than who made them.
A quality battery needs two things to last well, correct electrolyte levels and proper charging. The electrolyte levels are pretty simple to figure out but proper charging is not as well understood. The easiest and best way to properly charge deep cycles is to invest in a "smart charger". You can hardwire them in your system and all you will need to do is plug it in till the next time you go fishing. Not a lot of people use smart chargers but if you'll research them online you will understand why they are worth the investment.
might wanna price em before you get too excited...lolI just seen new add on Lithium batteries for boats. They make them in 12V, 24V, and 36V and seem to be a third of the weight. I was going to research them maybe the way to go less weight and fewer batteries in the back.
