This ramp is closed ...gates are closed and locked

Any word on why? I was down there a week ago when the water was really high, there was a ton of debris on it, Might be closed until they get it cleaned.

The ramp is usually closed whenever the powers that be deem that the current is too dangerous to launch. I don't know who makes that decision.
