Off-Topics Forum search

Has anybody been using the link in the navbar where you can search for new posts including new posts in the off-topics forum?

I was using it and now it does not seem to pick up the off topics posts. If anybody was using it I was wondering when it stopped working correctly. Knowing that may help fix it.
