    wish them well

If needed to., I'd rather eat an asian carp fillet, produced in america, than a turd eating tilapia grown in asia.

There is a lot of info on the web about preparing asian carp. They look crazy tough to clean.........but from what I understand from some of my Asian coworkers (Chinese and Korean), they are pretty **** good to eat.

I'm going to have to try it sometime.

    Later,

Geo, We eagerly await your taste buds opinion. Chinese and Koreans opinions do not count.

I'm not skared.........I actually hear it is a very firm/fleshy whitefish.

I will make it a point to take / kill /filet one this year.

I watched Tim Farmer do a show on eating these fish last year (I think). I believe he bow hinted the fish and then fillet it and cut it into chunks and deep fried it. Either way he talked about the quality of the meat so it must decent. I'm not going to run out and try it though.
Watched a you tube vid of Tim eating these fish that were smoked and that were processed like tuna fish. Gonna be ironic if this fish goes from a pain in the buttocks to desired fish.
