    Those fillets looked pretty good.a good cajon breading mix and some hush puppys, sounds great. the one that I tried from lake michigan was just a plain carp, weighted about 6 pounds, filleting through those huge scales was a problem, but with the new electric fillet knives, ought to be easy.
