Any advice on fishing them this time of year and are there any ramps closed that I need to be aware of? That time of year again and boy am I getting excited. Thanks guys and good fishing!!

haven't fished it yet this year but this time last year we fished a tourney down there and had a decent go of it...threw a chart. shad crank bait most of the day (that was in slightly stained water though).....given the muddy conditions ive been hearing would probably go with a brwn\chart or purple\chart crank bait keying on the channel banks.....that's were we found a little luck but then again that was last year and that's just me and im sure there's alternatives to the conditions down there...hope this helps a little and good luck!!!
It is still muddy but clearing. The creeks are starting to have nice color. They have reduced output to 50 cfs so if we do not recieve any harsh rains it should continue to clear.
Cranks and jigs have been the most productive but they are picking up on the spinnerbait as well.
Also crawfish colored soft plastics have been useful.
