I bought a Rapala electric knife. About $100 most places, I found it for $60 on Amazon as suggested by this article. Good knife with a really nice handle. Works just like in the video.

I might revisit the electric knife this year. In the past I didn't care for opening the gut cavity, preferring to trim around the rib cage, keeping the guts and carcass one "clean" package to add to the garden compost.

Last year I got into making bone broth and use the whole fish carcass, minus entrails, to make it. If I'm gonna cut into the cavity anyway, might as well use the electric knife and go fast?
