Anything? I'll take it as it hasn't started up yet.

I plan on fishing rough river this weekend and I'm curious if anyone has had any luck on a trick worm this year yet? I generally start catching them around derby but with the weather being so inconsistent this year I'm wondering if its to early? I fished a couple of weeks ago and we caught them on jigs crankbaits and spinnerbaits but they seemed to be very scattered. If anyone could share any input or give any suggestions I will be sure to report back on how I did.

We have caught some LM on it here on Kentucky Lake last week but our water temps are probably a little higher than on Rough....they were not taking the whacky rig as well as I expect they will over the next few weeks.

Been a little slow on trick worms with the cold front and rain last week pushing them deeper. A few 12-15in fish were being taken in 6-8 ft. over the weekend on them using melon/blue and motor oil
Alright that's all I needed to hear. I may have to change my plans and head to Lexington this weekend then. I wish it would just stay warm now I'm itching to throw that trick worm.
