two illegal workers were seriously hurt in a car wreck,after they were stabilized, they were loaded onto a medical flight, and sent back to mexico.The hospital said they couldn't afford the costs of rehab services.Now the bleeding hearts[mostly lawyers], are suing the hospital. Like I said in an earlier post,one solution to the problems in this country, is ambulance chaser lawyers.putting about 25% of them in jail would make a lot of us feel better.Several questions first. How do illegal aliens get drivers licenses? Why isn't the employer in jail? Its reported that in the past 5 years over 600 similar cases like this have occured. In this case the INS was called, but never responded, why, because then these two illegals would be under government care. Theres some good thinking here, but wouldn't it be easier o send ALL undocumented and illegal aliens back? this happened in Iowa

Lawyers do seem to be an unseemly lot but blaming the lawyer is like blaming the gun.... The problem looks to me like it is in a system that will reward folks, like these illegals, for being wronged when they supposedly have no rights in the first place, Maybe our judicial system could use a bit of tweaking.

LOL maybe? It needed it when it came to true Healthcare reform. Lawsuits that award millions to stupid people, gold diggers or just bad luck is wrong. Folks breaking into stores and getting hurt but then they take the victims to court and win. A woman gets burned by drinking hot coffee and goes to court and wins? People get fat by eating fatty fast foods and whose fault is it? People get cancer from smoking cigarettes and whose fault is it? All this and much more is why Lawyers have a bad name...they did it to themselves.
BTW....The gun can't think, it has no conscience, no soul, no heart and lawyers err......wait your onto something there!!!
