    Transom rebuild

Check out bass boat central and microskiff.com. There's a lot of information about boat restoration. There are mixed opinions about Seacast. A transom rebuild is a major endeavor. I would not use that hull until it is fixed properly. Depending on the type, age and value of the hull, it may be cheaper to find another hull (with a thorough stringer, transom inspection).

pouring something in there isnt going to magically fix anything. it will just be harder to get out when you have to do it right. to do it right is a huge task. personally i wouldnt touch it for 2K....

I estimate the boat at its entirety to be worth about 2500.

depends on how good of shape its in otherwise. im gonna guess its not that great? doing it yourself would be about the only way, unles youre really attached to it. still a little costly even then.

Its in good to fgreat shape. Except for one corner where its a little weak. I know that the transom isnt supposed to move at all. When you try to move the motor by hand it moves about a quater of an inch

Id get the biggest pieces of aluminum L-angle for each corner and bolt them thru hull . Wont look great but cheap and will keep transom from breaking off .
