Killed them the last 3 days with some big fish included. Shad not needed. Fishing is very good right now if you can be at the right place at the right time....think jumps.

Has the striper fishing been any good lately. Also has anybody tried catching shad or are shad still hard to catch. I am planning a weekend trip and will report back the results next week. Any help would be appreciated.

If anyone still needs bait, we are selling wild suckers and creek chubs at half the price you would buy stiper bait at baitshops for. Many local stiper guides to Lake Cumberland use this bait and are having very successful results. If anyone is interested, you can reach us at 606-271-3127 or 606-271-6575.

Yes, we are a licensed bait dealer. We are located near Lee's Ford in Somerset, KY. However, if you need to meet somewhere within reason it shouldn't be a problem. Also we can generally get bait of any size and any amount.
I had no luck catching shad, but Bass Pro did in Jamestown. Gizzards.

I might be interested in Nov.
Do you plan on having them all winter?
Do you sell them by the doz. or by the pound?
and how much?
Tried it, Fedex wasn't too happy about the smell.
We have them year round. You can get as many or as few as you would like. 50 cents a fish. The bait is generally anywhere from 5 to 8 inches long, unless you would prefer a specific size.
Thanks for the info! Much appreciated, I'd maybe be interested in trying a few for some Laurel 'eyes and catfish
