    Global warming FOOLS.....explain this

Back in 2012, scientists were predicting that the polar ice cap around the arctic would be open water, and passable.

    http://www.theguardian.com/environme...llapse-sea-ice

Now, we see that using satellite imaging, we can tell that there is 60% more ice this year than last year. HM.

AMAZING that boneheads in the "science" community still think we can actually predict worth a **** what is actually happening.

LOL that's easy...its called Climate Change and that's what it did...right? The term Global Warming implied...uh warming and that wasn't good enough because it backed those billions of dollars spent on research and scientists into a corner. So a name "change" had to be implemented because without it people would stop believing all the spot on reporting from the "lefty media" about this scam.
BUT!! Just wait...I have a prediction on this as well.....they will find that the snow cap changes in size next year which means climate change is REAL!!!

OK so because this one prediction was off, and there's more ice there this ONE year, the whole theory has to be wrong? (BTW the first link you posted predicts it happening not this year, but a couple years from now) If this trend continues over the next few years, you'll have an excellent point. But not yet. The consensus has been all along that the progression isn't going to be linear; there will be ups and downs, and you can't look at one particular place, or one particular year, to draw a conclusion. You have to look at the trend over a period of years.

Oh, and BTW, even when I've caught you dead to rights being 100% wrong on something, I've NEVER called you a fool. Please go **** yourself.

    If I could bleep myself......I would......wouldn't you?

And I NEVER called you a fool either, I called global warming alarmists collectively a FOOL. If you fit the mold then I called you a fool indirectly. It is up to you if I did or not.

I agree man. If the flaming greenie freaks would have toned it down and not try to shove things down skeptics throats it would be different. Instead we get beat up, made to feel guilty driving SUV's, lied to, wasted tax dollars, exposed false data gathering, skewed data records and politicized to the point of the topic being tied around money for another corrupt special interest group.

I'm not even sure if the impact we have is even measurable. I mean what have we to compare it to? It's not like we have had records of the earth for thousands/millions of years. Yeah yeah yeah core samples of this and that from way back when show traces of blah blah blah....It's just sounds convenient to me.

Now we are told that because of global warming there are more violent crimes because of the heat? What?? We had summers before global warming was a political topic. It makes sense that when more people are out that more people can interact and get involved in crime. The population is increasing, the economy isn't the best, the social network is increasing and video recorders on phones are in every pocket....so yeah maybe more crimes are being recorded but because of the heat?? I don't buy into it.

Next they will say that because of global warming more folks are getting sick in the winter!!! If we get a bad Hurricane or bad season it's because of Global Warming. If we get a cold winter it's because of Global Warming....it just never ends.

I just think it's a Nobel idea and have no problem with more fuel efficient cars, less pollutants in the water and air but it gets out of hand.

I agree with you, especially about the over-stating. I've often wondered how much of the global warming deal was just the earth going through its normal million year like cycle, as it has from ice age to now as an example.

And I've often wondered how you can take 25 years of data, and try to use it to explain what happens over a million years. To me, that seems like deciding how a 2 hour trip towing to Cumberland will go based on the first 3 inches as you pull out of the driveway. Just too many things can change along the way :-)
