I few months ago, after a very serious scare in Canada, I decided it was time to lose my two ASSES. Here is a before, after picture I posted on facebook after one of my friends told me I looked like I had lost quite a bit of weight. I've lost 25 lbs and plan on using another 25.

Yeah man, good job on taking the initiative to get healthier.......because as you know later on..........you won't afford to be able to get sick. It's best just to not be dependent on healthcare if you can.

It is /was definitely heart related.

Nothing too serious THANK GOD......but I literally thought I was stroking out or having a heart attack. Thank GOD I was not.

But it was a wake up call to lose my spare ass.
