New KY record Smallmouth Plates

Does anyone have an update on the status of these new plates? I was notified last that they had been moved to Oct as to availability

Here was the last email I received from them back in July.

The Kentucky Fish and Wildlife Foundation would like to thank you for supporting our conservation efforts in Kentucky by pre-purchasing the Kentucky Fish and Wildlife Foundation Specialty Smallmouth License Plate.



Unfortunately, timing has been pushed back. The Kentucky Department of Transportation is implementing a new Kentucky Automatic Vehicle Information System (KAVIS) and until the installation of KAVIS is complete, all new specialty plates including the Smallmouth License Plate availability has been pushed back to late 2014. Originally, we expected to have the plates available now.
