Going to Taylorsville lake Saturday and was wondering how conditions were there. Haven't been there in a while. Will be mainly fishing for bass and maybe a little crappie fishing. Thx for all info.

Havent been in a week, since this cold snap came thru. I would keep an eye around the main lake points, when i was there last week the bass where schooling shad up and we got into a few like that. Otherwise we caught some on topwaters and spinnerbaits. Could be drastically different with these cold fronts moving thru the last few days. Good luck. The crappie were biting well too when we were there

Going out there myself, I was there last sunday which was challenging as well with the cool front but I guess the only way to figure it out is to go, I didn't catch much, hopefully I'll have better luck tomorrow.... I'll be out on the white skeeter bass boat.. good luck!

Windy, windy, windy... Did how ever manage to catch some fish. No luck AGAIN on the crappie but caught some nice bass, I will try again tomorrow!
