I really believe this is a move prompted by all the attacks on their GW theory as of late. Folks may have started to back off of funding this stuff because we are all freezing and areas that experienced a drought one year are getting floods the next year. I think people are starting to realize that maybe the natural cycles of the earth can be the cause of a lot of what we are experiencing. I mean how many times can you cry wolf before people say shut up!?!?!?

There is no end to what is tied to GW anymore. I feel like they just keep tossing darts at the dart board hoping one of them sticks. Theory after theory, projection after projection on storms, polar ice melting warnings, hot weather causes violent crimes, less annual hurricanes but more super intense hurricanes and now this about the wavy polar vortex. Toss in Flatulance, increases in skin cancer, acid rain, dust storms, droughts, floods and the sun and what have you got? Confusion and what better way to win an argument?? Muddy the water with BS and baffle them with BS. Anyone in business knows that this is a tactic used when you don't have a solid argument for your cause.

I'm sorry but this is why I have a hard time believing this stuff. The folks popping up stating opinion as fact are not credible and I have to say Al Gore was the worst. I do not know this guy at all.

I will agree on one thing and that is....after 50 years of theories something will stick as a solid maybe to what the causes were. If someone guess a lot the probability of a lucky guess increases. That's how I see these GW folks. It's a new face guessing something all the time.

Whats next??? Anyone? Take a guess no matter how off the wall it is and you may be on to something. I'll start...an increase is racism is caused by GW. I'm sure AL Sharpton will be tossing that out there soon!!! Heard it here first!!!

My opinion on this climate warming is that it doesn't exist. The weather is a natural occurence that changes from season to season and from year to year. My lake is now covered with ice, and has been for three days. I live in the deep south and we had temperatures as low as 6 degrees F. one night and 8 degrees F. the second night. It's not supposed to get above freezing tonight. All this noise about climate change isn't worth a hoot in hell. Nothing has changed since my (late) parents married 80 years ago and I don't believe even before then.

When I was a child, my dad and I would stand on the front porch and watch the ice covered limbs and trees pop and fall to the ground. I remember one Christmas Day we sneaked away and went fishing while Mom and Granny made dinner. The weather was balmy and I wore a short sleeve shirt. We rode down by the creek and caught a string of bass that were large and delicious. None of us had ever heard all this bull dung about climate change and Al Gore wasn't running around giving his air- head prognostications at that time.

I do know Al Gore and we used to go to the same church. He would have a little political meeting and the people around town would go. I think they would have licked his butt if he had asked them to. Those Tennessee rednecks did everything but bow down to him as if he was a king. Tonight I cannot think of one thing he has done that is a benefit to the citizens of this country.
