It's so sad that people do not understand this. Even more tragic is that when the politicians do in fact violate this by restricting guns on the state and federal level in the name of public safety it never works.
So what we have is ineffective laws that restrict the rights of law abiding folks and enable criminals to be armed to the teeth since they don't follow laws anyway. Gun deaths in this country pale in comparison to other deaths but because Liberals LOVE to tell others how to live they latch on like leeches to anything that restricts others rights if it makes them feel smarter. Geeez.... they need a pill to reduce the effects of liberalism on the brain because the disease has become an epidemic.
