The article is written like a 12 year old put it together. A couple things to consider....90% Hispanic population per the article and they complain of racial profiling??? If it's 90% Hispanic I bet close to 90% of the arrests or stops are Hispanic.....right??? What did I miss on that point?? If the other 10% were white and 90% of the arrests or stops were on white people then I would say yep something is wrong but at this point I don't see their point.

The article talks about immigrants but never states legal or illegal. This is an important point when considering its California and we have an illegal immigration problem and the illegals usually end up in ag jobs. Wonder what the percentage of immigrants there are legal?? Sure would be nice to know but it seems to be conveniently omitted....like I said a 12 year old wrote this article.

Vehicles were auctioned off or sold if the owners could not or would not get their cars after being impounded? Ok, what is the procedure for this department of impounded cars that don't get retrieved by the owner? I'm willing to bet they get sold or auctioned off. Just a guess.

What are the laws for that area concerning tinted windows being darker than a certain shade or a taillight being broken? Sure would be nice to know seeing how they mentioned it. Is it if the police cannot see inside the car at night? Daytime?? I'm assuming there is a law that says your taillights and blinkers need to work?? There must be a known law on this stuff because the immigrants complain of being pulled mover for....uhhh breaking the law? Maybe local businesses that sell the illegal tint should be fined??? I say if you break the law and get caught do the time. Stop bitching.

So some of the immigrants don't speak English.....hmmmm can you say illegal immigrant?? Most who become American citizens learn some of the language. If not don't complain about the citizens of the country who speak English and cant understanding you or if you do something illegal and your defense is you didn't understand English then you should be arrested and forced to learn the language......or stop bitching.

Many other parts of the article that seemed to paint the police guilty until proven innocent. I'm always for the police until it's proven something illegal has happened. I'm confident I could have written this goofball article better without all the accusatory statements that paint the poor little immigrant being abused by big bad law dog. Plus 10 of the 17 officers are Latino? What??? The way it was written I immediately assumed it was non-Hispanics preying on illegals.

People seem to forget that illegal means illegal and when it becomes inconvenient to your lifestyle of being arrested or stopped because your illegal then this man thinks...uhhhh start doing things legally?!?!?!? It's tough to follow my reasoning but please try......

Hmmm... Did you miss the part where the article said they arrested some police officers?... Wouldn't you think there must have been at least enough information to suspect some wrong doing?.. Illegals should be deported but they should not be abused/mistreated by law enforcement or anybody else.

I read it and it was in the heading of the article. Yep people get arrested for things they didn't do. Look at Zimmerman. He was arrested and found innocent. I just hate the media putting folks on trial and convicting them because they feel the need to.
I stand by the rest of my questions on the article.

when the FBI spends 6 months watching whats happening, and they put you behind lock and key. it's a safe bet you've been a bad boy. the FBI base their case on evidence. and it looks like they had enough evidence, to book the bad boys.

Hahahaha yeah right! Your memory of how corrupt things are has failed you. I have no problems with you believing this kind of stuff being a case of a righteous agency putting away bad boys but I don't.

Things like fast and furious, Benghazi and other politically charged situations always get facts twisted to make someone look guilty. Also don't forget how Arizona was trying to pass immigration laws for their own state but the corruption of the Obama administration attacks them.

So you will have to excuse me if I don't tow the line and blindly follow some media blast. I would rather look at the information provided and make my decision on the limited information and then I think about all the other times these agencies did things that wasn't exactly legal or correct. Yes I do not trust most things I read at face value.

Need I remind you of the Zimmerman trial?? All that information, all the support from the Obama administration, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, talk shows and the media and other black groups would make it seem the man was guilty as sin right?? After all if Obama had a son he would like like Martin. Remember?? But in that case once the circus show was over the man was found not guilty. Thank the lord we don't get tried and convicted by the media and their personal political agenda..

Again in I stand by my questions based on the article.

Another thing wanna bet that state senator is a bleeding heart liberal who is just looking for a soap box to stand on to promote his love of giving illegals more rights than they deserve? I still find it hard to believe that an illegal immigrant can have rights earned by citizenship but they are not citizens.
