    Cumberland Fishing Creek

Checking to see if it is safe to navigate the waters up fishing creek around the campgrounds now that the water is up. I know that there were a lot of trees growing up in the area.

Yes it is for the most part. There is one snag sticking up directly above core dock near the right desending bank. Other than that if you stay in the creek channel you can run all the way past hickory nut rd with no problems.

    What Snapper Said

I was there yesterday & had no problems whatsoever other than the dingy water. Well that & I couldn't get a hook in the few bites I had with the exception of one bass & I lost him. Can't forget the big Crappie that took a 3/4 oz. spinnerbait either. lol

    Thanks

I figured it would be tuff fishing with all the bushes and trees, but will be camping there in a few weeks and was just making sure I could get my boat in.
