Cumberland Alewives

Anybody know where I should start looking for them? Hoping to fish early Saturday morning with live bait. Obviously I have my own net and lights. Will likely be putting in at Pleasant Hill. Any help appreciated.

if you are putting in at pleasant hill (which there is no way in heck i would leave my truck on that ramp in after dark, but its up to you) you are within 5 minutes of good bait in any direction you look, go up caney, wolfe get in the 40feet of water range , put the light out and wait. tons of bait, one throw and youre done. but once again, i have had to run across the lake to the ramp in the daylight because i could see people (thieves) snooping around my truck, night time is just too much bad opportunity. they broke into my brothers truck to steal a $4 case of walmart water. good luck
