From what I remember, while the attack was happening there was a call made to inform our government that they were under attack. No mention of a "spontaneous protest because of a video". It was our intelligence agencies that made that change(for what reason we may never know) and the BO administration ran with it. It fit their narrative that B L is dead and GM is alive. No terrorism under his watch. I don't understand how we can have a CIA annex there and not provide some kind of help close by for those people if they do run into problems. That's not how our military does things. It's like they were hung out to dry so to speak. Was it to make it look like there were no problems over there anymore? At the very least, BO is hoping that claiming incompetence will be enough to keep him in power. You know, because he learns about these things the same way you do, from the T.V. He's probably right because we don't hold our officials to a high standard since Bill Clinton. I wish we could go back to a time when we held our elected officials responsible. Matter of fact, I think some of those associated with this mess got promotions. I like the fact that we drove Nixon out of office not only for what he did, but for what he wanted to do(use the IRS to go after his enemies, That would never happen today though ) It was a republican who asked the question, "what did he know and when did he know it". The very fact that the Dems stood on the steps of Congress in support of Bill Clinton made it almost impossible for any President to ever be held responsible for anything they do. Whether it be un-Constitutional or just plain incompetence. We deserve the Government we have because we aren't willing to do the hard thing anymore. Oh and Trey Gowdy is the Dems worst nightmare. He is one prosecutor that is sharp as a tack.

Spare me. A vaguely worded column written by a derisive left winger. Really? The column has no specifics or excerpts from the report and reaches the general assertion the Obama administration was justified in sending Susan Rice out to lie to the media.

He also mentions there was no stand down order issued to those who could have helped the embassy people. Well, was there a damned 'stand up' order issued? Something along the lines of 'get in there and help those people'?

Another generality from this clown is the intelligence people warned them, but had no specific tactical information. You realize how stupid that sounds? A warning is a warning. Is anyone supposed to believe the specific tactics of radical Muslim nut jobs should have been provided?
