will finally be taking some vacation next week monday -thursday mostly checking how my boat is running but hope to set a few hooks also. any reports or patterns on crappie or bass would be appreciated but if you may be fishing the same time.. maybe we could work together. let me know... planning to stay at Lees Ford Motel. thanks tech

I was in Fishing Creek two weeks ago . The water temp was 78-79. I was trolling for stripers out on the main lake and the large mouth, small mouth, and catfish could not stay away from my bait. The cooler weather should have dropped the lake temp and turned the fall bite on even more. When I put in there were a couple boats heading out to fish for crappie but I don't know where they actually fished.
Thanks Adam.... Will probably start out trolling to check things out and get a look around. hoping the bass and crappie will start moving up the creeks.
