How could this ever happen? A Marine never gives up his weapons! The Sate Department Ordered it... that's how. Another BIG mistake in this administration!

I can't remember the state dept being in the chain of command.Orders are supposed to pass down the line,and requests passed up the line The only exception I ever heard of was the TUFF SH-Tn card. This started at E-1 and went to the chaplain, TS cards bore little weight. There was a CHIKIN SH-T card also. This involved a complaint to mommy and was sent up the line to a congress men, and depending on the wealth involved these card could have some serious results.

The U.S. Marine Corps are now saying evacuating Marines handed no weapon to Houthi, or had one taken from him. The Marines moved to the airfield only with their personal weapons, after destroying crew-served weapons. All weapons were destroyed or rendered inoperable in accordance with approved advanced planning.
