Those tests are stupid and I would want to refuse to participate in those tests. But then again I don't drink when I'm boating or driving. They might as well try to get me to line dance. Like the song says. "I don't dance".

Exactly what I thought.

I'm not going to perform to their dog and pony show, politely. If they need probable cause to administer a breath test, I'll just state from the start that I REQUEST a breath test.
