shore fishing hot spots between Louisville and Warsaw?

Hey, all! I'm headed on Saturday to the BBQ competition in Warsaw, driving from Louisville.

I *am* going to do some research, but if anyone has any hot spots for shore fishing along that route they want to share, that would be much appreciated.

Preferably largemouth or smallmouth bass, and preferably not the Ohio River, but I'm open to all hints, tips, and suggestions.
