Enough about the stupid emails. Said Bernie and the world

Now even the GOP is saying this:
    http://www.cnn.com/2016/02/04/politi...ice/index.html

You see even GOP favorites did the same thing that they are accusing Hillary of doing. Emails sent to private email servers that are not marked classified at the time. **** happens. This happened to Condoleezza Rice and also Colin Powell when they were Secretary of State under Bush Jr.

These GOP pundits are always shouting wolf when it's only sheep in the pasture. Are they that desperate in going after Hillary to try to stop her from getting into the White House?

Do some research....this isn't even close to the same.

1). The STATE department reclassified the emails from Powell and Condi last week......Coincidence.....

2). They found 13 that met the "state" departments criteria......not 6000.

3). In the Condi and Powell case, The emails were reclassified from NO CLASSIFICATION to Confidential......Confidential is the lowest level of classification in the federal government.

4). In the Clinton case, the emails were reclassified from Classified, to TOP SECRET and SAP, meaning they are some of the most secret communications in the government....I guess you missed that.

5). The FBI contacted and interviewed Powell and Condi, and they were completely forthcoming, and the LETTER from the OIG simply stated they needed to remove those 13 emails.

6). The email to Powell......2 total emails over 8 years....were from a single ambassador, and was about a state dinner. It is easy to find that.

7). The email to Condi.......It has been confirmed that Condi didn't ever use personal email while at state. They went to an aid. And the email were also about state dinners and of a "personal" nature......Again, pretty freakin easy to find.

NOW, the classification of these emails after the fact in all cases is total ********.......but the issue to UNDERSTAND is that the emails were already CLASSIFIED in the Clinton case, and they were elevated in classification. The fact that they were elevated makes no difference. She already was sending and storing extremely secret information.

She should be in a cell.

Honestly MoveOn, I really though you were intelligent......you do a whole bunch of research on a whole bunch of topics, so I know you're capable...

And Richard Chaney never did show anyone his emails. They just vanished. Yet you don't ask about them? Funny how that is.

I discount anything coming from highly political sites that are blinded by bias.

All of these emails that they are talking about were classifed after the fact and none were marked "Classifed" when they were sent. And Hillary didn't send them to anyone. They were sent to her. The senders should have marked them classified at the time they were sent to Hillary but they didn't. Can't blame her for that. And it was allowed to have a server at her home. There were no laws broken doing that.

Think again..they were all ready Classified, and were changed to Top Secret.....big, big, HUGE difference. Quite easy to find that info.

And the Bush email scandal did not involve any classified email........

My issue is she was ordered by various agencies to provide the information, and she deliberately and unequivocally destroyed it. GUILTY. Simple.

It is a mess, and I want an answer.

To me, the email issue is a BIG deal, no matter who did it......

ALL federal matters should be handled on federal managed systems.

    Whats your problem?

Geo, you wouldn't vote democrat no matter who was nominated! Me,I'm a democrat, but I don't care that much for clinton or sanders. But you will vote for a bought and paid for candidate. I'd vote trump just for the entertainment that would follow. My vote don't count, and if you think about it, if you're a not a super pac contributor, neither will yours

That is so funny right there. This is coming from someone else that's a registered democrat & I have also voted republican & will this time as well. The statements Geo makes sometimes are a little over the top with enthusiam i guess you'd call it. lol He gets carried away sometimes for sure & i agree with him on a lot of his views, but the telling other members they are idiots for not having his views are uncalled for if you ask me. There are ways to discuss things like an adult without going off the deepend on someone. Especially when none of us were selected to run for president. Maybe the caffine gets him fired up lol

They were reclassifed after the fact. But when they were sent to Hillary they were NOT Classified at the time. No foul here. Move on.

Geo you need to get your news from some where else. You are being misled.

Cheney was the one who destroyed his emails.

It was Cheney that destroyed emails not Hillary.

Nixon erased 17 minutes of his own personal tapes. Guilty of cover up. Hillary deletes 30,000 of her "personal" emails. Nothing to see here. Nixon had the republicans all come at him and tell him they wouldn't support him. He resigned. Hillary has the Dems fighting for her tooth and nail. She might end up president. Hillary deleted her emails during an investigation. The IRS deleted emails during an investigation. If they aren't smart enough to figure out that information is at the very least sensitive, then you shouldn't be trusted with the highest job in the land. Repubs do it, Dems do it. The way to stop all this nonsense is for the American people stand up and demand better. I don't care what letter is after their names, our country should be way more important. If we nailed these politicians for incompetence and or criminal activity, it would stop on both sides. As long as you say my guy is more of a law breaker than yours, we will keep getting the knuckleheads we have. I say prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law. Let some of these big named politicians do some time and bet this nonsense will stop. Lets get politics out of the law and let our justice system have at them. Whatever happened to incompetence? That used to sink a politician, but now they can say "what difference at this point does it make" and there is no political price to pay. We need to send these goofballs on both sides a very loud message!

I don't look at letters after names when it comes to voting. I look to see how important the Constitution is to them. I want to see if they are willing to protect the Bill of Rights. I am very interested in whether or not they want a limited government as was intended, or a huge top heavy bureaucracy filled government. I'm interested in whether they want to protect our rights or try to think up new ones. I'm not looking for anything free because there is no such thing. I'm not interested in using the power of the Government to force me or any other citizen to do anything that isn't already laid out by our founders. I believe that if you force me to be charitable through high taxes to fund so called free programs, it's no longer charity but socialism. I think we should start electing people who have actually worked for a living instead of being career politicians like BO, Hillary and Bernie and many Republicans. Lawyers don't count in my book. No, they need to feel the heavy hand of government like the rest of us. A very well known Dem politician who voted for high taxes and regulations and mandates for many years, retired and started his own businesses. He made the comment that if he had known the impact of those high taxes, regulations and mandates on business, he would have voted differently. I know, there aren't enough voters like me left. Our country has gone so far down hill that Gus Hall would have a real good chance of winning. Wow have times changed. Don't worry about me, I probably wont vote for the first time since 80.

    Its your right

You don't ned to vote if you don't have a person you you would care to vote for. I didn't vote in the last local election, because both candidates did not suit my needs. So far I have refrained from KY politics. I firmly believe that super pacs for all practical purposes have voided the election process. 8 years is enough for ALL elected positions.
