well, the new hydro electric plant is a good thing for ohio,but ky sure got screwed on the deal. ky agreed to let them build their plant if in return they would build us a park below the dam. well,...kys piis poor gov wasnt thinkin.........the water is so swift that theres no reason to even be there . the fishin ***** THERE NOW.NO REASON FOR A PARK!!!!!!!!!! THEY HAVE COMPLETELY DESTROYED THE BEST FISHING ON THE ENTIRE OHIO RIVER!!!!!!! WE CAN THANK OUR STUPID ASS NONFISHING GOVERNOR FOR THAT MOVE!!!!! NOW WHAT?????
