It appears in this video that Will Smith was the perp in a hit and run accident before he was shot to death. Will's Mercedes ran into the back of a Hummer driven by the man who seconds later shot Will Smith dead. Now Will Smith was a BIG MAN and would scare the you know what out of me if he were to come towards me with an angry look. So maybe there is more to this story than what we first thought. Video's don't lie. They show what was going on before the shooting which is part of the key to this story.

I know if I had a brand new car and some one was tail gating me and I slowed down and they ran into the back of my new car I'd be pretty upset too. And if they ran away and didn't wait for the police to arrive at the accident scene I'd try to get their license plate number and a good description of the car and driver of the car.

The driver of the car that was hit needs to clean up his appearance if he plans to go in front of a jury for the shooting. His raggedy hair cut alone might get him convicted. And being a black man and a rather big man at that it might help him to not only get a short clean cut hair cut but put on a suit and tie as well. Polish his shoes and save. I'm sure his attorney is telling him this right now.

But can you go shoot someone for just hitting your new Hummer and running away? The courts will have to decide that in due time. But it helps to have surveillance cameras all over the place these days. At least some of the facts will be captured on video tape for all to see.
