Tommy Biffle grabs a big one.

Did you guys watch him win in New York at Lake Onieda with ALL largemouth? I like Tommy, was glad to see him win him one it's been quite awhile. What was even better was while the camera was running he said,"I might go Ike and I DON'T EVEN LIKE HIM". That cracked me up when he said that I loved it to. What was up with that gangsta hat Ike was sporting? Tommy as country as grits and fried green tomatoes spanking yankees in their backyard, especially Ike. you gotta love it.

He may have spanked Ike this tournament but Biffle isn't leading the AOY race this year is he?!? Yankee or not the man can flat out fish and you can't take that away from him. I'm not saying I'm his biggest fan but you have to respect what he's done this year besides the classic.

Didn't mean to ruffle feathers, just putting my opinion out there. Yea the guy can fish I'll give him that but that's about all I'll ever give him. He treats fish in the boat like Samsonite luggage, and that's just ONE of his traits I don't like.

Tommy Biffle and Denny Brauer have made a career out of jig and tube fishing and it shows that bass can be caught shallow year round if you are committed to it..Congrats to both of them..

ONLY because Kevin Vandamn got Dq'ed for letting his co-angler drive the boat during practice..... He would be blowing the others away if not for that. I am not so sure Ike will hold on he really took a lick in the points on champlain !

Yeah, Ike may act brash and cocky, but after being down at the KY lake tournament I'm a big fan. I ran a camera boat while I was there and other than Tim Horton, Ike was the most down to earth guy there IMO. I won't mention names, but there are a few fan favorites on the tour that act like #@$%! . So after being around that all week i came to the conclusion that on the big screen espn can make you look like what ever they want. I hated that they had to show Ike that way at the classic, but they did so thats that. For all you IKE haters don't think some of your favorites haven't acted a fool at one time or another. It just hasn't been shown on national TV. IKE is great for the sport and great with the kids !!

    Blugil
I agree with you. Ike is a very down to earth person as is Gerald Swindle for all the the G-Man haters. Swindle stayed at the same hotel as I did during the Kentucky Lake tourney. He told jokes drank a couple beers with us and had some great info. However, the first thing he told us when he was going to hang out with us was he didn't want any information or help with the lake if we did he would have to leave good company. However some of the older guys that everyone loves were not afraid to get a little information during the "No information Period".
