Went to Lake Michigan over the weekend for some Salmon fishing. My freezer is full and as good as lemon peppered salmon is - it is going to get old quick. Does anyone have any good recipes for Salmon? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
As we crossed over the river in Louisville I saw a billboard for Fishin.Com - it looked really good! Kudos to those responsible!

2 ( 8 OZ. EACH ) PACKAGES LIGHT CREAM CHEESE
3 TABLESPOONS LEMON JUICE
2 TEASPOONS OF MILK
1/4 CUP SLICED GREEN ONION
1/4 TO 1/2 TEASPOON NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE
1 CAN ( 14 3/4 OZ. ) OR 2 CANS ( 7 1/2 OZ. ) ALASKA SALMON, THOROUGHLY DRAINED.....OR YOUR OWN SALMON
STIR IN THE FOLLOWING:
2 TABLESPOONS FRESH CHOPPED DILL
1 FRESH MINCED JALEPENO PEPPER
1 TEASPOON CRUSHED RED PEPPER
1 1/2 TEASPOONS GARLIC HERB SEASONINGS
1 TEASPOON CAJUN SEASONING
1 TEASPOON " NO-SALT" SEASONING
BEAT CREAM CHEESE, LEMON JUICE, MILK, GREEN ONIONS, HICKORY SMOKE, AND ADD SEASONING, MIX WITH MIXER UNTIL LIGHT AND FLUFFY. BEAT IN SALMON. CHILL SEVERAL HOURS FOR FLAVOR TO BLEND.
