New Board?

Just returned from a trip to Music City and logged back on to my favorite site and have noticed that there have been some changes made. Was the change intentional or a must do? I noticed that I can no longer collapse the threads and have to look at each individual one and have to use my "back" button more often. I am just not a
person for change because I still believe that if its not broke do not try to fix it. I am sorry but I personally feel that the new format leaves a lot to be desired as compared to the old one.
Just my opinion which along with 60 cents will get you a cup of coffee.

Check the left hand column on thew topics page and you will notice a plus or minus sign, click it it and it should collapse the threads like the old board. Hope this helps.

Thanks-Took a while to find what you was talking about, but finally found the +/- you was describing and got the threads collapsed. Guess I really need to spend some money on new glasses instead of fishing baits.

I,m hearing you, took me a while as well, the new board seems to be pretty good once you figure out all the tricks. Still having a problem with all the post, when I read them I may start at 1 and then go to 5 and back to 3 and so on, would like to see them in in order that they are posted. Don't know if it is the new format or something that I am missing to get them in order.

Hey 'basser, Peter had this fixed yesterday. he was working on some things and fixed that. However, he had to do some more updates and apparently it returned to this way, or else maybe more posters preferred it this way... I'm not sure. You may wish to drop him an email. I know he is very interested in what the posters think. Also, if he can get a stable version of this software, I think he will stay with it... but if not, he will still need to update to another software.

He's really working hard trying to get it right for all of us users.

It seems to be working with the newer posts. Seems Peter has put in a lot of time and effort getting things up and running and it is greatly appreciated I think when it is all said and done the board will be better than ever. I really enjoy hearing what everyone has to say and some of it is very useful and helped me alot, so thanks to everyone who has had a hand in making it work.

having a hart time folowing what everyone wants and what is easiest way to follow posts.

board is now in chronological order whenyou ht view all. Is that the Best way.

Yes, I do think the chronological order is the by far the easiest way for me to read it.
