How in the world are they ever going to raise that barge?

Can you imagine the shear weight of the thing, Now add the fact that is about 50% submerged. and on top of that the immense water pressure must be almost incalcuable. I'm really curious as to how this will even be possible...any thoughts?

They are going to run a bunch of hoses from the bridge down into the cargo hold. Then they are going to get a bunch of politicians to blow into the hoses--all that hot air will raise the barge in a matter of minutes.
